I just had my first water therapy class that my rheumatoologist recommended. It felt pretty good, however I know I am going to be sore tomorrow. I think it is really going to help me get my strength back.

thankfor sharing what has work for you. I have an appointment with RA specialist the beginning of Nov, it seemd like forever. But now I have something to look forward to.
