Why wear a ribbon?

"I wear this ribbon 4 fibromyalgia, PCOS, endometriosis and hypothyroid." (endofibro4life78)

MDJunction to me

"All I can say is that this has been the best place ever. It has been six to seven months since I joined, and I have learned so much. I now believe in myself and accept myself on a completely different level. The people on MDJunction has been so supportive and accepting that I have been able to adopt it into my personal life. That has reduced a lot of stress in my life. Thanks to all." (bunny_fly)

Is there any good gentle exercises, I can do that are aerobic. I can't run, walking is painful. there must be a way to do something,. I am over weight, the dr. says exercise helps prevent strokes. My family history is if you get a stroke, you will have a stroke. This fibro stuff is for the birds.

Good Morning walela, Hope you are doing good to day. I found a CD in one of the magazines they keep sending me around Christmas that has gentle stretches in it. I sent away for it but it hasn't come yet.

I found the perfect place for me to exercise is in our hallway. It's just the right width so that I can catch myself if it start to fall.

May your troubles be less, Your blessings be more. And nothing but happiness come through your door!
