And you're right...if you could have done all that by yourself, you wouldn't be there. This is another "duh" factor. I hate it they can be so damned demeaning. Sorry, but this one just touched a nerve for me. I am fortunate that my doctor does prescribe narcotics, but he is my second doctor, referred to me by an actress friend who fights chronic pain. My first one didn't believe in narcotics either. Stepping off my little soapbox now and marching over to Barb to get my mouth washed out. |

and I don't treat myself well. Anyway, I signed a pain contract with him that I wouldn't get narcotics from anyone else. I was even afraid to tell him I was on ultram ER. Well, I am on lyrica too. 500mg a day. Do you know that it is a controlled substance and has to be signed off on by the pharmasist that fills the perscription? I read it on the bottle the last time it was filled.
