Well, I only lasted two weeks on it because it made me constipated. I definitely don't need to add that to my list of troubles.

I have a hard time with the pill taking myself Its scary because we need something to help get thruogh the day yet on the other hand the meds sometimes have worsen or sicken us my fear is long term use I've been on some type of med more then 4rx for ten years and though we keep a check on liver and kindneys how long before the meds effect our body. my biggest fear is getting older as the years kick off and things get worse what wii I be when Im 50,

I hate to even imagine what I will be like at 50 being that I am only 31 now. All we can do is continue to hope nad pray for the best. I'm in aggreance with you on the meds tho. There are so many side effects on most of them, it makes you wonder is it worth the bother.

It makes me feel like a lab rat at times, however I unerstand how each person is so vastly different and one med. that may be a lifesaver for one can be a nightmare for another... Just try and take one day at a time and the rest will somehow manage itself.

If you are lucky you will be 50 at some point. I was diagnosed in 1991 with fibro. Now i am 60. Yes, it can happen. Because of my excellent diet and care I take since the fibro diagnosis I am healthier in some ways. I feel better today than I did in the begining.

In 2004 I had magerst back with a drug reaction. y body sytem collasped from being on so many meds. Now I also have a RA diagnosis. I ahve recovered from most of those symptoms and still ahve hope to feel better all the time. I also have develped an acceptance taht has brought me into a more peaceful existance.

Well, I'm 56 and have been diagnosed with this since 1991. I have just now been put on pain killers full time, and I still don't accept this condition. I would do anything to get rid of feeling like this. I also have a few RA joints, but are nothing compared to the fibromyalgia symptoms. I will always look for a meaningful treatment/cure for this.

I have been in denial of all of my health problems, fibro, heart block, cancer. I never have been able to embrace them. I always think there has been a mistake.
