So I have been looking into a lot of treatment options lately, because obviously my way of coping (pretending like nothing is wrong! ) hasn't been working so well for me.

I am really thinking about acupuncture but it seems really expensive, maybe I am not looking in the right places,

Anybody have any insight, does it work really well, how often do you have to go that sort of thing! Thanks for all the help!

Rachel
