I purchased the 50mg softgels of Coenzyme Q10 and have been taking 1 a day.

You get 50 in the bottle so I think it's a good deal. Unlike SAMe which only come in boxes of 20 and is about $16 a box for the generic. Why can't they put 30 pills in a box so you have a month's supply like all your prescriptions and other supplements.

I hate having to make more than one purchase a month. It's hard to budget when the quantity is less than 30.

Thanks so much for the info. I've been cutting back on my SAMe for the last 2 weeks, because I didn't think it was helping much. I have been aching so badly the last week or so, that I can barely stand it - and I often don't get into a lot of pain until mid-afternoon, but it is starting as soon as I get up now. My husband patiently (I think!) reminded that I had tried coming off the SAMe 2-3 times before, and always have to go back on it. He told me to make a note "somewhere" stating NEVER try to come off the SAMe again!

I started taking the CoQ10 for migraine prevention, plus its many other benefits.

Thanks again!

Carla
