again with my two cent (no wonder I'm so broke!) I posted this somewhere else here. I bought the book I changed shampoos, I read labels, I shopped completely differently. I did my best not to use, or ingest any salicylate for about 7 months. It did indeed hurt like well, it hurt insanely for the first few days. Then I thought I was feeling better, so I continued, increasing the amount just as I read to do. At the end, my fingernails were thin, my hair was thin, and not silky. There is something wrong with that protocol. But, some people think its the cat's meow... however I haven't heard of anyone since, that continued it for long term for varias reasons. But hey, try it... you may find it to be something that works for you! And keep us posted along the journey. oh, I just re-read above, and Mr. Shaperio, being on top of things as usual... gave you links, so I probably wrote this for nothing... daftness, or fibro fog... hmmm. pondering |
