HI..I have stated here a number of times that I was taking a number of supplements... These are all natural "FOOD" supplements. I am or have taken the ones here on this list as part of my treatment plan... I have to say that in the last few weeks...I have seen a tremendous change in how I feel.... I have had some of the best days I have had in well over 2 years... I am sleeping better and have more energy, and by far less over all pain....
