Please be cautious of people that don't have any information about them, in their 'main page'. I'm not saying that all these people are bad, because more than likely- most are just be extra cautious. Which is perfectly fine, and most often a 'good' thing.

And be cautious of people that are wanting your email, phone#, etc.

I'm encourage you to please, be leary of giving out your emails, phone numbers, etc. In some cases, you might even need to be careful when looking at websites people give you. They could contain a virus.

I'm not sure really why I'm feeling the need to point this out to everyone. Maybe it's just because a lot of you are like me... kind, caring, compassionate, forgiving, and loving. Therefore, I think we're more vulnerable to opening ourselves up to people. We want the best for everyone. We are willing to try just about anything for our health. Then, we often find ourselves in positions that we wish we'd not put ourselves in. And if this saves even one person from being in that position- well, good.

Anyway, just please, please- just be cautious. We can be courteous to those people, but not provide them with detailed information about ourselves.

Thanks for listening. ~Amy

I thank you Amy for this post, reminder & your concern for all of us. I have been 'guilty' of willing to talk to "anyone" here on the forum, and I will heed your warnings! I have opened my heart to several people and it would be devastating to be 'victimized' this way.

Hope all of you can sleep tonight!

Thanks for the reminder. I think we all of us are so busy tring to take care of business and helping them that sometimes, we forget that while we are helping someone might be busy finding out about me as well.

The world is a crazy place, and I think sometime we want to help and.............OOOOOOOPPPSSSS.

Hope you have a great day Amy!

Any word?

Amy, That was something that never even crossed my mind. I guess like you said that we all want to help each other and be there that we do not think about stuff like that.

Thank you very much Amy! {{Soft & Gentle Hugs}} to you and to all
