Jason was on Ellen DeGeneres show yesterday (Mon)and admitted that he was actualy relieved to be voted off the show and not in the top three because of all of the work and extra pressure to have to learn perform several songs that were harder for him to sing and not his type in such a short amount of time. Ellen wanted to cut off a lock of his dreads as a souvenir, and he wouldn't let her. I don't think he'd have made it as far as he did if not for that hair...it set him apart. He's just an average singer in my book, but he has some looks and charm, and that goes a long way on Idol.
