There is a lot to be said for alternative health care now adays. Many people may even be using some form of it and not even know it is considered "Alternative Health Care". Things like the following fall into that category: Chropractic Care Massage/Hot Stone Therapy Accupuncture/Accupressure Herbals and supplements Hand held massagers Water foot baths/massagers/soakers Aromatherapy (even scented candles, incense, linen sprays, bamboo infuser sticks, etc!!) Cds/cassettes, etc for relaxation Yoga Tai Chi Meditation Holistic Healing Believe it or not, in many States, even a Psychologist or Psychiatrist is considered Alternative Health Care!  What I would like to know is, how many people are or have used any form of alternative health care, and if there is much "audience" who wants to know more about Alternative Health Care and different forms of it including things like meditation, Holistic Healing Technique, etc. Thanks for your replies! |
I'm hoping that it will at least offer some relief for people when Docotring isn't doing it all, etc.
