Has anyone seen the commercials put out my BecomeAnEx.org?? The ads state something to the effect, "if you can learn to drive without a cigarette, you can learn to do anything without a cigarette." They have a guide book, which is free, that I just placed a order for. Haven't received it yet, but I am interested in how it's set up, what their suggestions are for dealing with triggers, etc. I know, 100% sure , that I need to stop smoking.
