I think that maybe because we hurt all the time that maybe we know what is important and laughing and being artistic helps us look at the brighter side of life, if it's true that stress helped cause this then maybe we look at life a little different then others and have learned that it doesn't help us too let fibro take over and make us lose another aspect of our lives. Anyway with me, laughing maybe the only thing that doesn't hurt. Ella, my 2 year old granddaughter says don't cry, be happy Wish we all could go back to that way of thinking all the time. But laughing and being creative takes us away for awhile, if we get involved in painting, gardening, writing, anything before we know it we have forgotten for alittle while that we hurt. ok maybe not totally but it does help.?
