I want to help!! I do graphics work on the computer. I would be MORE than happy to design a flier that people can print off and hang around town, etc to bring awareness.

I have a few designs up here: http://www.cafepress.com/artisticability/4895049 (The first one is a tribute to all my friends here and how much they mean to me and help me. I have a couple more similar that will be going up in tribute, but all are with the weave.)

Let me know if you like the basis of any of them, and what everyone would like included on the flier. I can also make several different designs if you would like so you could have different info. Like it you are putting up in 2 shops next door to each other, it would be nice having the different fliers both showing Fibro, etc. right? But different picture or whatever to grab the attention. I would even talk to Roy to get permission to list the mdjunction site on the flier so people can come and get more info, etc.

This is just wonderful!! I would be thrilled to help! Keep my mind occupied!

Let me know, I'd be MORE than happy to help out!!!!

Pamela {please}

I wish tons of love and hugs!

OH Pam, that would be wonderful. I am so please to see that someone else wants to help. I truly with that everyone her would at least send out a simple letter to their local new stations. I will post the email that I am using so you can get an idea of how simple you need to write. if you write one and save it. you can cut and paste to several emails. It is really easy if you will just take a few min.

If you dont feel comfortable sending email, put a message on your email that May 12 is fibro awarness with a link to one of the big fibro sites. you never know how many people will get that. Think about all the letters that you fow to everyone in your address book and then they do the same thing. That is an easy way to help.

We all need to help in any little way possable. If anyone has any questions, feel free to PM me.

Thank you

You don't have to be sorry Rita!!! We all know how it is and sheeeesh...you're doing the ribbon pins! What more should we ask of you??? That's a whole more than just a 'task' in itself!

I'm sorry to hear you're having such a rough time. Keep your chin up...that's what I'm doing!

I'm new to this group, this is my first post. Does anyone know where I can get some type of information packet that I can send to the local papers and TV stations. The fog is bad this morning and I'm probably not making myself clear as to what I am looking for, just something already printed that I can forward on.

Thanks for letting me join.

Thank you, I have been looking for a supportive, informative and understanding group. Someplace I can call "home" where people understand what fibromyalgia is.

Someplace where they can say I'm nuts because they know I'm a liitle off center and not because I have fibro!!!
