I think we should write to every new program, Talk show hosts, our government,new papers. Any one else someone can think of. And we need to post everyone we send a letter to. so we have an idea of how many letters we get out.

Oh, the morning showes too, like GM America, Today show. etc.

I think this is a GREAT idea! Should we start compiling links to web addresses and mailing info here on this thread....or should we start a thread for each contact???

We also need to include the fact that some doctors dont treat their patients for their pain and how some like me are left to suffer without any releif.

I think to many threads will be confusing to most. I just know it will be for me.

I am going to start getting some email addys of some of the people I feel we should right. I hope others do the same.

We need to make sure that we tell when the Fibro awarness day is

thanks for all of the information! I just got done watching Montel Williams afternoon program, and I believe that he might be a good one to write as well, since he himself has Multiple Sclerosis and he is not as "big" as Oprah....also he tends to do more features on individuals who are struggling or suffering with something and need to get their message out. Oprah seems to be doing more fluff pieces lately about

hairdressers and getting the perfect eyebrow trim. Just my opinion.

I totaly agree with you. I myself have already wrote to Montel. This is his last year taping the show. The last taping ... oh I forget when. I would still love for everyone to write to him also. If nothing but mentioning that May 12 is fibro awarness day. That would be great. It will take more then my 1 email for them to do anything. So please write to him and anyone else. I personaly dont like Dr. Phill, but write to him too. I know what you mean about Oprah being fluff lately, but it is Dr. Oz that I would really love to get. He is just so great at explaining things. That is why I put how to contact him too.

OMG, I just got the best idea. How many of us read them magazines marketed for ladies? I know sometimes I get them. Anyways, why dont we write to them too.

We could get Cosmo to do an artical on how to have sex with fibro. LOL

Boy is hubby going to be shocked by me.LOL I am on a wonderful manic high. When this ends, I will be out for days.
