It is cold and drizzling here in Ohio....the WORST weather for fibro, sinus pain, and arthritis in my joints! I HATE this weather!

Everything aches today, even my teeth.

It cannot decide what it wants to do in Maryland.

One minute the sun is out the next minute it is raining.

I vote for the sun,

ok....there must be fibromite bugs attacking the earth at this very moment. I have had a terrible week and feel horrible today! Odd, how that many people over the U.S are in horrible pain all around the same time. I think the FAITH gang should have a special called meeting and find out who is undermining us into this life of pain. CHARGE..........................o.k., pain meds and bed irst Lots of hugs and drugs to those who can get them and a good day of rest and recovery.

No I'm not insane I'm just invisible! And that does something to you, you know?

The fibro gang sounds great to me. But...we have a major problem. Will we remember why we are wearing the shirts, and where we are? hehehe

trying hard to find my sense of humor,

Cindy

I think I have a plan. We can put the directions and the purpose of each escapade on the back of each others shirts just in case we have a fibro moment while we are doing our good deeds. and of course, someone will have to have directions home.

In a bad flare for the past couple of months and only getting worse,I hope you are feeling better soon Smiley if not already! I understand the feeling of not having somewhere to hide from the pain! There is no where to go, hugs to all and I hope the Summer comes soon. All the best, to all on here, Ruby

I am new to this forum (used to be on another FM support group website)and am too sore to write much today. I just don't understand FM at all. A nutritionist told me it was caused by food allergies....how in the world do you find out, if this is so? My FM really 'kicked in' full force when I began going through menopause (had hysterectomy due to cysts, enlarged uterus, unctrollable bleeding and endometriosis). I've not felt 'good' one day since and it's been over 2 years. I wake at night and feel like I've been run over by something. I've cut way down on my pain meds (due to adverse side effects) and am trying to find a way to combat this med-free. I get flack from my hubby about taking pain medication. He doesn't understand that a few Ibuprofen can't take the pain away. Why are some people so hard-headed? The only real relief I get is by taking a nap. Somehow, during the nap, I don't feel the pain, although I know sleeping all the time is not the answer. The last time I tried to exercise (even lightly, but for 30 min.), I ended up in bed for 2 days, recovering. I was so sore, even though I had only been on a stationary bike for 30 min. at a slow pace. I've tried so many medications (which don't work) and am tired of my life passing me by. My youngest son (10), asked me last night "Are you always going to have Fibromyalgia?". My pain specialist said he feels it was caused by going through 8 surgeries. I just don't know.
