Not me, never have. Husband used to but has been smoke free for 20 years!

I am a smoker also. My husband only smokes when he is drinking so he thinks that if he is not smoking then I should not smoke also. The way I see it, I know it is wrong but, I feel that fibro has taken so much away from me that I can control. There is only 2 things in my life that I can truley control and that is my smoking and drinking Coke {the pop} I know that the government is now going to have control over my smoking (I think is wrong) but in my house and on my land if I want to smoke then I will.

Does this sound to b**chy or what. I am sorry for those that I offend.

Hey angelbooze - I'm not a smoker and never have been, but I would stand right with you for the right to be able to smoke if I wanted to. The government has too much control over what we do already. They don't need anymore!! First it's cigarettes, then it's fatty foods, then on to anything the next "scientific study" deems as unhealthy. I think we should be able to decide for ourselves! Ok, I'm done griping. Bad headache today

I totally agree that it is wrong to tell a person where they can smoke.. If us nonsmokers don't like it, then we can go somewhere else or grin and bare it... I mean we have to put up with alot worse don't we??

Well Thank You both, Red2 & Chele. I am glad that there are non smokers that believe in everyone's right to chose whether they want to smoke or not. I hope that both of you and everyone else that reads this has a GOOD Day today instead of a bad day.

I really try not to bother other people with the smoking. I go outside when the weather is warm. I smoke in 1/2 of the basement, the other part is closed off by doors.

I know it's not good for me, but I just can't stop yet. I enjoy my smokes & coffee.
