 How about a board game similar to monopoly with spaces and cards like, you lose a turn due to a flare up, you forgot to refill your meds, go back 3 spaces, having a bad day, go to bed, etc...

 I can come up with everything for the game except the little things that you move around the board, what could they be? Maybe a percocet, an oxy, a Vicodin, a little heating pad, a bathtub...

 I like the fact that you are including as game pieces "little mini-tomatoes"!!!! I was thinking figuratively but I like the actual game pieces a whole lot better he he!!!!!!

 We could all be different game pieces, like pick a doctor who really gets on your nerves & make him a voo-doo piece When you get to a place that says no meds for you - you put a pin in him!
