Right, here is a new idea for us to play with.

Fibro can, as we all know, mean that we don't all feel like preparing gourmet meals. Sometimes its about what we can just about find the energy to throw together. But we must all be good at making just one or two really easy dishes. Now I figure that if we were to share here the easiest ones we know, with the least preparation then we would have loads of variety. And even if we aren't up to making them - well our loved ones can give em a go.

This is what I prepared last night

Pop some salad leaves on a plate, slice an avocado and place it on the salad leaves cover with garlic salad dressing. Fry rashers of bacon and place on salad then pop some chopped blue cheese - such as stilton on top. serve with french bread.

Dead easy and delicious.

So - what are you having for dinner?

I got home late today. Didn't feel like doing much so I got some Kielbasa sliced it in half, threw it in the microwave and cooked it, threw some cheese on it and cooked it some more. Then I got another paper plate and put two flour tortilla's on it and warmed them up.

I had a kielbasa burrito with cheese tonight.

Oh, Jayne! That does sound yummy! I guess for dinner I'm coming to your house, then! LOL!

OK, this is our favorite thing to eat, and we eat very strangely compared to most people, so I usually have this at least once a day.

You get those breaded, frozen chicken patties. Slice some onions and tomatoes, a little mayo on the bun, and you're good to go!

Sometimes I switch it up and put the onions in the microwave with the patties. Then I finish the cooking with the onions on top of the patties. When that's done, just throw a slice of cheese on top and melt it.

That you just throw on a bun. Doesn't even require mayo because it's so tasty.

Say, that's exactly what I'm having for dinner tonight! We call it "cheesy chicken."

Culinary hugs, Tina

I'm always looking for ways to cut down on time in the kitchen. Since I still have to cook for a family. It's hard just to eat something as quick as a chicken sandwich. If I lived alone I'd probably eat sandwiches all the time. But since I don't and my mother is a stickler for a balance meal....

I do things like baked Spagetti. Bottled prepared sauce and prepared frozen Italian meatballs. Boil Spagetti, drain, put in large casserole dish, heat or thaw out meatballs, put them in heated sauce, poor on top of spagetti, cover with mozzarelli cheese, pop in oven 30 minutes or so. Wal la! Baked Spagetti!

I am sorry. It's an Italian pasta dish. It's sort of like Lasagna...layered with ziti pasta, ricotta cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, ground beef, Parmesan cheese, garlic bread. It is really delicious.
