So far all I've managed to do is go to the grocery store for a few groceries. Hopefully I'll be able to do something around the house in a little while bur right now I'm going to see if the heating pad will help get rid of some of the lower back and leg pain from my shopping trip. I can't believe how much that tired me out.

I also can't believe how bad my back and hip hurt. It won't be two weeks until Wednesday since I got those stupid shots. If this is an indication of how long the last, I think I'll have to pass on anymore.

All I can manage at present is to eat rest and be on computer, oh yeah, watch tv. Actually have been laying down, too. My family has been doing all errands, cleaning house, cooking and waiting on me.My antibiotics have kicked in today so I think I will be back to my old self tomorrow. Hugs. Take it easy friends.

What did I miss, Bits??? Why the antibiotics?

And way to go Twilighter!!! Sounds like you had an extremely productive weekend! Now just promise us one thing. STAY AWAY FROM THE CHAINSAW!!! We have enough gruesome movies out, thank you very much. Although it COULD draw some needed attention to the fibro dilemma! Laughing

I DID IT!!! Now I realize it's ONLY April 5th but I DID IT!

I packed away the Christmas village that's been decorating the top of the hutch part of my desk since early December! Shocked

Pitiful, isn't it...

Now on to the rest of my office, which I hope to have in some sort of order before the day is over.

****************************

Okay...gag...I just cleaned out my fridge, too. Not wiping the inside down because that's not bad at all, surprisingly enough. But I tossed a bunch of science projects. One, I'm ashamed to admit, was a Ziploc bag of turkey leftover from Christmas dinner that got shoved behind some stuff.

Now I have to go get some dish soap, a ham that goes off sale today, and to get some pet toys for Jack at the dollar store. I figure if he can destroy 'virtually indestructible' toys in 10 minutes to 24 hours hours, I'm not spending $10-$20 on them anymore!

****************************

Except for dealing with dinner, I think I'm done for the day. Went to the dollar store for CHEAP stuffed toys for Jack (who can destroy $10-$20 'virtually indestructible' toys in minutes!), then to the grocery store for the ham, then to the pet store for doggy snacks, then to Walmart for Jack's Prozac and....

I'm exhausted! In fact, I'm so tired I may make the kids fix the goulash...

I have UTI dear.. Kristy, I once had my christmas tree, and it is a huge one, up until August. LOL. Now, that is pitiful. Hugs

Congrats all on your accopmlishments. I was feeling so good today that I actually planned on doing some stuff once my hubby went off to work at 3. WELL the phone rang. Derek missed his ride to WI so his G/F is taking him back however, no one to watch the pup so guess where the grand monster doggy is now? In his time out cage cause he was a bad boy. I let him outside three times already and still he came into the house and peeed all over my carpet in the computer room. Now I have to get my little green machine out and whoop it up.

LOL, Bits! We took ours down too late this year-about mid-January, but not before my klutz of a hubby tried to catch a cat going BEHIND the tree. He broke the tree stand AND our beloved tree topper that we've had for years-and never seen another like it. I'm going to have to pay an electrician to fix it because I'm not ready to search for another that I like!

Janilee...I've tried to talk my family in to doing this with both of our dogs but so far they won't do it. Have you tried taking little treats out with you when you take the puppy out-and giving it to him out there? That's what all the dog training stuff I've read says to do.

So far we've got Shadow-who thinks she gets a treat for coming in the house...consequently she wants to go out often-just so she can come back in. And Jack just goes where it's convenient, whether it's in the house or not. My theory is...give him the treats out there AFTER he goes and he might STOP going in the house!

It's a thought...and I'm sorry you have to deal with the carpet issue, too!

Kristy, He's out of control. No training whatsoever. He's 9 months old weighs about 40 lbs and is all muscle. He's a Blue Heeler.

I just let him out again and this time he did pee. It's raining so he doesn't stay out long. Just enough to lap up some water off the deck and come back in. When he comes to visit with us overnight, he's usually good cause we keep him outside running around. Today it's cold and raining so that's out. RIght now he's being good so all is OK. He definitely needs training. I'm the only one that can take him to classes but that won't do any good. He needs his owners to take him and work with him neither of them can cause my stepson works in WI during the week and his G/F works from 1 PM to 10 PM. As much as I love animals, I can honestly say that my stepson never should have got him. He just doesn't have the time for him.
