OMG!! I just found this post and am siting here laughing myself silly!! You ladies crack me up!! faerie and angel I love the idea of mice condoms... I could have used them when my kids were little and brought home the damn... oops meant darling mice that my daughter wouldn't let her brother feed to his snake.

Well now you guys have woke me up. Keep your darn pets. A rat is a rat I don't care what size, no tail or what ever. I am scared of them. I will hurt you and me. Boy can I tell you some storys about me and rats. I can spot them a mile away. Hubby use to get the kids rabbits all the time for Easter. Started off a little thing. I use to hole him and everything. Snow was part of the family. Snow was so good he could open his cage and be laying on the couch when we got home from work. It was amazing how he never left his dripping around the house, alway went back to his cage to take care of his business. Well I put Snow outside, yes he had a collar the works. Snow got sick from being in the sun. I got a book and started reading, I did not know if to take snow to the vet or what. I was pretty young then and did not know any better. As I was reading the word rotten(sp) kept popping up. It hit me that rabbits are big rats without a tail. Mr Snow ,cage, cedar, all his needs went to Zoo ville. Told hubby if he every brought another rabbit in the house they both would have to go. Now it is hard for me to even look at a live rabbit. There are wild rabbits running around outside. The damn things scared me when the run from under the patio. I hate it for them. I have that block rat poision out under patio and house, if they get they will die. I think one did last year and it stunk for about a week. I also bought a couple of those sensor and put around the house. I'm trying to warn them, they are on there own.

My niece had one of those hamster things and had a little ball for it. I though her girlfriend baby was playing with the ball. For some reason the thing would roll where I was sitting. I would roll it back to the baby. Damn I looked down and saw it was a rat inside the ball. When they found me I was in the bath tub screaming like crazy. The hole time I stayed there, they had to keep that thing in the closet. I did not care who house it was. Nasty
