If we don't take charge of our future, who will? I know that God is in control in the bigger picture. Or if you prefer for your own beliefs, universe, mother nature, whoever. However, that doesn't mean that you should sit on the sidelines of your life with no say in what happens to you here and now.

A desire to be in charge of our own lives, a need for control, is born in each of us. It is essential to our mental health, and our success, that we take control.

Robert Foster Bennett

Always bear in mind that your own resolution to succeed is more important than any other.

A man does what he must - in spite of personal consequences, in spite of obstacles and dangers and pressures - and that is the basis of all human morality.

I agree, Amy. We have to take charge with everything we do. As an example, we have to take charge of our drs, and quit letting them treat us like we are morons! That's exactly how they treat us. A lot of us have family members that do the same thing. We have to take charge and move forward, not letting anyone hold us back! HUGS
Please do not take anything I say as medical advice. I am not a doctor.
