Its bad enough with the fibro fog i can forget how to get home a block from the house and the chronic pain is so bad i wish i could die most days but because of the fibro which i have had ove 15 yrs and now the sjogren's plus meniere's etc. i am super sensitive to certain medications. I was on lisinopril for high blood pressure and it almost killed me by bottoming our my blood pressure causing me to lose most of 4 yrs of memories which is good in away cause i can start some things over but now i can't take any high blood pressure pills. I had a "minor" stroke a couple of weeks ago and am slowly getting the use of my left arm and leg back but again part of my memory is gone. I didnt even know my anniversary was last week and couldn't remember how long we had been married. I told my husband that soon I would be able to hide my own easter eggs, have a new man in my bed every night and be able to buy my own presents and still be surprised. I joke about it so I don't break down and scream. The pain is even worse but all i have is norco's 10/325s cause the pain specialest here in florida dont take medicaid and my medicare doesnt pay for much. just needed to get this off my chest cause i am also trying to help my brother deal with his fibro and he is on the verge of suicide its very hard most days. thanks to all my friends here and sorry i write so little but i watch and read the site often. Love and gentle hugs to all, Julie

Oh Julie, I'm so sorry but you vent away and know that you are not judged here! We can understand and we've all been there at some point in our lives. Please know you aren't alone and there are plenty of others around here for you.

I am so sorry for you . My uncle comitted suiside a fue years ago from the pain. I worry about my brother as well. He has no insurance and has begun to "self medicate" my uncle did the same and years later could no longer take it. I take care of a 90 year old woman and she always wants to take her car. I fight her on it because I have enough trouble finding my own car we would never get home if I lost hers. Hold your chin up you are not alone.
