Mine is the first letter of my children's and my grandson's name. I added 2008 because my daughter told me to.

This is another fun subject. Pat, I love hearing about yours especially your husband being Ozzy Osborn! haha

Well my first part is my initials dj for my name (my first and last name) and then I said this when I was describing my tattoo that I am a big Elvis fan so I use his logo with I love and that's TCB (taking care of business) and my favorite race car driver is #24.

I love hearing about your monikers! I KNEW this would be a fun thread... I thought we could use one! At least I sure could... bad pain last few days. It's gotten cold so my husband decided to turn on the furnace this morning to take the chill out of the air… and it wouldn't kick on. There are a couple of wires that he connects or crosses or something- it sounds to me like when you hot-wire a car- and it initially seemed like it came on but it wouldn't stay on. It's going to get pretty cold tonight according to the weather forecast!

I used to tease my middle schoolers when they were obviously trying to pull a fast one on me by jokingly saying to them "Do I have fool tatooed across my forehead?" Now some days I think it's really there, only it must be in invisible ink because I'm the only one who feels it.

IH8FMS, I agree with you. I laughed out loud just now reading these. It HAS been really needed.

So far my "fun" started last Friday at the dr and as you already may know began with tonsilitis and bronchitis.

We found out today that our new kitchen sink - I mean every single pipe replaced this summer - is leaking all over! Couldn't do dishes, run the dishwasher!

I've been in "manic" mode with trying to get stuff organized around the house because the little one is literally going to be crawling any day now. It's more stress on me to be worried about all the stuff in her path that shouldn't be there than literally killing myself trying to find a place for everything. (I was in the middle of cleaning out closets, etc when the worst pain hit in Aug, so let's just say it's been a project "in progress" for quite some time) And yes, my body is telling me that I am killing myself..because it yells at me every hour! (lol) I NEVER would have thought it could take over two weeks just to clean out old clothes, pack them to donate and then transition from summer to fall/winter clothing!! UGH!

This is what happens when you work for 10 min, sit for 15, run to the crying baby and entertain her for 20 min, then run back to the pile that you left in the hallway that the cat is trying to chew away, then the baby wants to eat, then it's 4pm and you realize you haven't eaten for the day, then the dogs have to go out, oh yeah, gotta get the rest of that pile out! Need more rest! Need more pain meds! Baby needs a bottle!AAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!! THEY'RE COMING TO TAKE ME AWAY! HA HA!! THEY'RE COMING TO TAKE ME AWAY!!!!

Ok, I'm fine now. Like I was saying, this giggle time was very much needed and very appreciated. I think I'm going to finally breathe now and enjoy the quiet of the house since everyone else is in bed. It's all I can do considering it's midnight here.

Geez...I read this and thought for a minute that I had written it, til it got to the part about a baby and a bottle. My only crying baby is a 60lb lab/chow who somehow always gets his way.

Mine's pretty simple - I have one of those black and white tuxedo kitties - she thinks shes a bird tho. She is always climbing up on things and then leaping out into the air like she's gonna fly or something - She keeps us constantly laughing!! Tuxy
