sorry about all of the long scientific posts today,,,,writing all this stuff took my mind off the problems I am having with my son right now, who may be bi-polar and has a rageful temper and now not doing well at school...it is scary and I feel so alone and not hardly sleeping...he is up most of night pacing the floor like a caged cat and it keeps me up. Even his teachers now think he needs something to calm him down, but only a psyche can prescribe and evaluate what's going on. I get into such a state of despair and ex is of no help, only blames me for causing this problem thru poor parenting...but he is bipolar himself..and on meds for it...go figure. I feel like I'm losing my grip today...and not sure what is going to happen. Can't get into the counselor for two weeks. A day at a time, I guess..

so I write these long scientific bs posts because I have to conentrate so hard that it forces my mind off of my son and what to do...same thing with crossword puzzles. I've been reading over at the bipolar support group amd ta;led to someone who has been through it already, which was a lot of help. Kids can make you pull every hair out of your hair one at a time!

I want to invite anyone and everyone to help me build up participation nd membership I was asked to be group leader at...it's the Social Anxiety Disorder forum. I think that one or two of you are already members. Social anxiety can range from panic attacks at having to give public speeches, to getting hyper nervous at the doctor's office and being assertive making your needs known to a new doc...meeting new people, working in customer service positions that make you freak out with nerves....if you are single, fear of dating and having a hard time meeting and talking to prospective dates..and getting a relationship going. It could also include agorophobia and shyness. I could sure use your help, so come on over! Maybeb I should start by posting a new thread about farts, and another about tats...just to break the ice and to generate interest and enthusiasm!

I think I am a member there. I will try to go on more, as long as you try to come over to my groups, depression forum, SSD forum, arthritis forum, and back forum. And if you know anyone who has a pacemaker, I am group leader there too.
