Oh my god grocery shopping is like hell on earth!!! I always, without fail, write a list of what we need otherwise i wouldnt have a clue thanks to the fibro fog BUT I always, without fail, forget the damn thing  Then we get there (i always take the other half, for heavy lifting  ) & the only trolleys left are the dodgy ones that always turn left, i usually hold onto the trolley as we're walking round to give me some support but then it starts to get too heavy  Over here in the UK we have a grocery shop called Tesco ( ), i swear they only employ people who never smile! Every time we go they are soooo moody, they always cut in front of you, they always leave their goods trolley in your way Aaaaaargh!!!!! I hate grocery shopping!!!!!! Fortunately, my husband always goes too. He takes over when I get overwhelmed and can't remember what I wanted to get. I don't deal well with crowds and I just can't focus on anything.
