Maddy ... I don t worry a lot about Lyme disease ... I haven t seen a tick locally where we live in many years. As for the pressure (trigger) points, you might find them for yourself ( I found a couple of mine) but if you truly have Fibro, your PCP or Rhuemy will definitely find them . The first time I went to my Rhuemy, he found many that I didn t even suspect and when he found the ones in my hips, I almost came off the examining table. You WILL know when they find them !!!! |
