This is a very tough kind of prayer I am going to ask for help with. Larry & Michelle are very good friends of my oldest daughter. They have 4 beautiful girls.

When their youngest daughter Marley was young they found she had numerous tumors and other health problems. She has been fed with a feeding tube, has a trach, but she is just the sweetest little angel. She has been in and out of the hospital many times in her young life, had surgeries and various treatments.

Marley is in the hospital over in Joplin about 40 minutes from us. Her right lung is very constricted and could collapse at any time.

Marley is not coming home this time. I am asking everyone to pray that her transition will be an easy one for her.

In the email I received from her father yesterday he says, "Marley has fought the good fight, it's just time for her to go home."

Thank you every one from me, Larry, Michelle and especially Marley

The loss of a loved one is such a hard thing to go through. I lost my closest uncle two weeks before my sweet sixteen, and I still to this day feel like I've never gotten over it. I also feel like because of it I haven't really truly let go of all the other loved ones I've lost since then. I can't even begin to imagine burying your daughter, the life you brought into this world and raised with love! AT this point in my life I know it would tear me apart!

Not only will I pray for her peaceful transition, I will also pray for you and her family that they get the support they need during this extremely difficult time. There is something that just isn't right about parents having to bury a child. I pray for them to have peace and for their surviving children to have peace. It will be a very rough road ahead. Please know that all of you are in my thoughts.

Jeerie

Oh Mary Beth, I am so sorry to hear about Marley. Such a sweet name too. God must need his sweet little angel back for some reason. Maybe it's her turn to be reborn healthy.

All my prayers are being sent to Marley and her family for strength and guidance.

May your troubles be less, Your blessings be more. And nothing but happiness come through your door!

mcbeth I am thinking of you and your loved ones during this very difficult time. So sad when a child suffers. I have said to friends that it's just not the right order of things for a child to pass before a parent. My son had had numerous surgeries in his young life--he's 9--and spend months in ICU. Marley, her parents, and all loved ones are in my thoughts today. A difficult day for all I am sure.

Mcbeth, I am lighting a candle for little Marley's journey. I am lifting you and her parents to the Great Creator and to the Earth Mother for comfort and some understanding. Prayers and Blessings to you. Korani

mcbeth, her father has amazing strength to know that it is time for her to go. I raise the family in thought and love to Grandfather and Mother Earth that the strength they have will supported while they send little Marley on to another journey, where she may be whole and run in the wind. I lift the spirits of those who must remain behind up to receive the strength and peace to continue their journey here without Marley.

Blessings on you and those you love.

May the sun bring you new energies by day,
May the moon softly restore you by night ,
May the rain wash away any worries you may have,
And the breeze blow new strength into your being,
And then, all the days of your life,
May you walk gently through the world, and know it’s beauty and yours.
A Native American Blessing

She will be in my thoughts and prayers.

Loving God,

receive her body and soul

unto your care.

Bless her

as she returns to the dust

from whence you created her.

Bless her family and friends

as she departs from them.

Amen.

May God heal your body and soul.
May your pain cease,
May your strength increase,
May your fears be released,
May blessings, love, and joy surround you.

Marybeth,

Know that my thoughts and prayers are with you and your loved ones at this time. Knowing that she will no longer be hurting, and will be free to run and play, somehow makes it a little easier at times like this.

MAY GOD BLESS HER AND ALL OF YOU AT THIS TIME.

Big Soft Hugs and Prayers!

Joan

I am so sorry to hear about Marley. May

God bless her and give her peace. Also prayers go out to the parents. What a horrible thing to go through. And as her dad said, he knows it time for Marley to go. That takes real strength. Many, many prayers.....
