 Kathy you sound just like me. Yahoo messenger is somethng you download to chat with. Once you download it you add the people here. It runs down in your tool bar and you don't even notice it. When someone comes online there is a sound liek a doorbell to let you know someone is on line. If you would like to chat with that person for awhile, send them a message. You are typing in a seperate box so you can shrink it down and still red what is going on here. Now I have probably confused you more.
