I know what you mean,it is real hard for me to accept that i can't do the things i used to. especially at work,i used to take pride in myself,with all the different things i could do.and it's like i should be able to this ,i've done it for 10 years. but i can't even stand up long enough to restart a press.and at home with our dogs,i can't even love on them like i used to cause they are so big and heavy.but myhusband got me a chihuahua,so i could have a dog  Attitude is everything.
Be kinder than necessary, for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle.
