MDJunction to me

MissNikkiAnn"When you have an illness with the name "Non-Familial Dysautonomia" (a name that most people, and even doctors, have never heard of), you need a network
of people who understand the name and the symptoms/issues that come with it.
MDJunction led me to that network of people during a very confusing and sickly time. For this I am thankful. And for this reason I try my best to give back to other members the same care and help that I received through MDJunction.

Still horribly hot in Portland Or...I've heard 89f and also 96. The cool down that was supposed to start tomorrow has been delayed by a day per both weather.com & my local NBC affiliate. Argh!!!! 89F=31.6C 96f=35.5c 22c=71f .... perfect indeed Clarita!

We're supposed to be into the 70s and even 60s by the weekend...I may need a jacket on the night of my h.s. reunion!!

We hit 90 a couple of days ago. Today it's 66 degrees F which equals 19 celcius. Brrr! Had to close up some windows this morning.

My bones hurt today.

WHO NEEDS A HOODIE!?!!?? It is sooo HOT here still! As a matter of fact according to our local weather station, we were the hottest in the nation yesterday! Even hotter than the desert states! I can hardly wait for it to cool off some.

Guess what? I went fishing Wednesday, first time I have been able to for months, caught a HUGE bass, some smaller ones and a TURTLE! Have I mentioned that I love turtles? Then I painted all day yesterday. I'm paying for it today though, but, it feels soooo good to do things.

We have around 60 and rain off and on. The clouds have taken our sunshine today.

Last week we had 92 for 1 day and the next day was 64. Talk about a flare up. Still fighting it.

Hugs,

Debbie

It was just plain a miserable day here today and still is tonight ~~~ I didn t even get dressed until noon and back in jammies by 7 PM . Still fighting the flare caused by too much yard work a week ago ~~~ Sad

This mornings' weather started with just a mist early morning but by daylight it was raining steadily, a brisk Northeast wind and in the 50s. That is where it stayed all day long with intermittent rain ~~~

Tonight it is streaming down the windows and feels quite damp ~~~

I think Fall is here ~~~~ Guess I ll dig out a tad heavier jacket for work tomorrow ~~~
