nope...not me. Although, I do go thru these spells where I don't want to eat anything. Nothing sounds good or tastes good. I just have to make myself eat some days.

I have that same problem. I often don't eat. I talked to my doc because my pulse is really fast after I eat steak. She said my reserve is so low my body struggles to digest food it just can't work that hard she put me on an easy digest diet. You might help you

Thanks texas

I always thought it was just the heat that made me want to not eat (especially during the summer). But I guess it makes sense, since I'm more active during the summer than any other time of year. I keep forgetting to eat during the day just because I haven't been finding food appealing. But them suddenly at like 4 in the morning I get really hungry! Do you think that has anything to do with the fibro?

I used to get really tired after eating lunch when I worked. It was because I usually ate protein and then had a sugar drop which is normal in most people. You know how they say turkey makes people sleepy because of tritophan? It's not that. It's the proteins and heavy foods we eat. I eat a very sensible diet now and don't get that feeling anymore. Maybe because I retired and I was so stressed out when I was in my last three years of work that the lunch break caused the sugar drop. Who knows? If I eat the same thing for b'fast and same thing for lunch, I can keep on an pretty even keel.Oooo, I feel a nap attack coming on, lol.

Hey Pat, what exactly do you eat for lunch. I had heard you should eat some protein at every meal, but there are some days that I can't stay awake at work.

Usually I have something like a LeanCuisine for lunch, but I always make sure there is some protein in them.

I'm really interested in what you did for breakfast and lunch. thanks

with me it just really doesn't matter what I eat same effect,as for finding food not appealing thats me to I'll feed the family but just dont want that,I live off of peanut butter and jellt..I really thought it was a sugar problem but so far test are normal..though also the not eating thing can be a side effect of some meds I know for instance that effexor has a side effect of anerexia, they need to find that ingrediant and stick it in one of my meds I suffer from reverse anirexia
