 Oh, yeah, here's another one: remembering to put the laundry in the washer, but forgeting the detergent! (I did that last night!)

 I put the laundry in the washer and 2 days later could not find the clean laundry. It was still in the washer.

 mydragonfly, how many times did you have to re-wash the laundry before you remembered to put it in the dryer? My record is 3 or 4 (I can't remember!!!)

 Thats a good one. The Laundry, Mine sits in the washer for days so I have to rewash. or I sit something down and forget where I put it even when its right in fron tof my face, jeez!!!

 My kids love to play the "you just dont remember" card to try and get their way. I have fixed that one on them. Now when they tell me something they want or need or anything important, I write it down.

 Sandi, I like the one about your butt>> BEEP BEEP I am backing up!!!!! Mine hasn't gotten there yet but it is well on its way. I told my dad I lost a couple of pounds and he told me to look behind me and I would find it.

My thing I do most often is put something up so I won't lose it and when I go to get it I don't remember where I put it. I got some file folders so I can keep up with important stuff. My computer desk is full of folders, I just have to try to remember that I put the stuff in the folders and the folders in the computer desk and the desk in the living room. Kind of like that kids' song there's a hole in the bottom of the sea.

 I have had to rewash my laundry several times too. I put a load in and simply forget I did it. Or I put a load of laundry in the dryer and it sits in there for a few days.

My kids and my husband are always telling me I already answered that question or I told you I was going to my friends house, etc. Since I have so many problems with my memory the kids like to , as Mydragonfly says, "you just don't remember" card to get what they want.

I am always putting things in certain places so I don't forget where they are and then I forget where that certain place was!!!!

Post it notes and my date book are my best friends!
