I know sometimes I can be a bit abrasive, and abrupt and blunt. I do not know why I am the way I am. If I have hurt anyones feelings or made them feel badly I did not mean to do that. I really am a very nice person and I love helping others. Sometimes I get carried away.

I have myself in a tizzy tonight, I was talking about when I had breast cancer and my son was only 3 at the time, over at the breast cancer forum. And now I am having feelings of guilt. For some reason I cant stop crying. The only real friends I have are ones I have made on this board, esp Sandi, Joy, Barbara, Jessi, and so many more.

Again, i am so sorry.

Debbi, it just happens, that you were talking to me about breast cancer and you didn't say anything of which you should feel guilty. All the information I get from these boards are helpful to me and you certainly didn't offend me in any way. Maybe your tears are for the memory of those days because when I was going through the BC I felt alone even though my family was around me. Please don't feel bad. I appreciate you.

Debbi, dear as far as I am concerned you have no need to apologize, we are all here to support you and if you need to vent, rant or even cry you go right and do what you need to.
May the sun bring you new energies by day,
May the moon softly restore you by night ,
May the rain wash away any worries you may have,
And the breeze blow new strength into your being,
And then, all the days of your life,
May you walk gently through the world, and know it’s beauty and yours.

I have to admit that I was a little surprised by your response to my post earlier today; however, my true concern was for you, as it seemed as if you were losing hope.

No worries! We all have bad days and this is a great forum to share our feelings and opinions.

May your strength increase,
May your fears be released,
May blessings, love, and joy surround you.

We all have our days.

I'll be the first to tell you I have days like that and actually sometimes the crying does help me feel better, kinda washes the guilt away.

I don't know what your tizzy was about, but hopefully it is all gone. Get a good nights sleep and don't worry about anything.

Mary Beth is right, Crying relieves the pent up depression or anger or any other feeling I'm having at the time. It's like a flood has been released in the form of tears and it's taking all the negative thoughts away. I don't know about anyone else but after I have a good cry, I'm so tired that I have to take a nap. When I wake up it's like I'm new again and can get a better perspective.

Jan

May your troubles be less,
Your blessing be more,
And nothing but happiness come through your door!
