Fibrochicky, aka Amy Jill sent me a message and wanted me to let you all know why she hasn't been around.....serious case of "Fibro Fog" she has forgotten her password.

She has been very busy with her site Fibrochicks http://www.fibrochicks.com/. She had a posting contest in May for Awareness Day. She wanted to hit 3000 posts, well she did and exceeded that, they hit over 3500 posts.

She has been under the weather with a bout of pneumonia, but is still posting and taking care of her site.

She wanted everyone to know that she hasn't forgotten you and she will be back in when she can, just as soon as she remembers that blasted password.

Rob she wanted me to tell you Hello also. Maybe you know how she can't retreive her password.

Anyway if any of you get the chance, pop over to fibrochicks and tell her hello.

Be wise and dignified like the swan: he maintains his composure, staying unruffled on the surface, while always paddling like crazy underneath.

a little tip that I do to help me remember passwords....when I add a site to my favorite list, you can rename it....and when i do, I add my ID and Password in the title. But of course that means anyone can see it...but I don't have to worry bout those things here or at home. Maybe it would help you all out!!

Muah!
