Janilee--I just took a morning stroll, (limp) outside to look @ all my flowers. I have a climbing geranium that is entangled with a honeysucle on the lattice of my back deck. Lastyr the frost got'm but this year, they are both blooming and the mix makes a beautiful fragrance. I have just one rose bush, out of my 5 that didn't do anything yet. But the rest are promising. I have so many flowers in my yard. I'm grateful that lastyr in my more mobile times, I was able to put so much work into it. Not braggin, here, just grateful. With God's wonderful helps, it's pretty. I guess it really has taught me that preparation one yr will produce if we are patient. (funny how God teaches me, huh?) In the spring, i take that stroll and see the ivy, the morning glories, the lilies of the valley, the lilacs, the lavendar, the cone flowers, the black eyed susans, the black rasberry bush, the columbine, the baby's breath, the iris's, the wild grasses, the daylilies, the hydrandras, the phlox...lol, and just giggle because I see promise!! Gardening is so serein for me. I love dirt!! (it's what I'm made of)

Morning Janilee

How pretty your roses are !!! From the first posted pic, I could almost smell their heavenly scent. I used to have rose bushes but gave up all but one over the years.

I have many iris blooming, tall and proud, and they smell wonderful mornings and evenings. Also, my clematis bushes are going crazy this spring. I have a dark purple one, a lavendar one and a pink. I planted burgundy and yellow snap dragons this spring and they are doing well so far.

Hope you re not suffering in this miserable heat/humidity like I have for the past day or so. I think Ohio Summer is officially here...LOL !!!

Take care .... {{{HUGS}}} Marilyn
