Hi Everyone,

My name is Lisa, but I use Isabelle as my user name (really is my new Lab puppy's name). I have had Fibro for 3 years. I was diagnosed at John Hopkins. I am married and have 3 boys, ages 21, 18, and 15. I am no longer employed (for 2 years now) and have applied for SSDI but have not been approved. I am looking for friends, support, and a chance to help others with the same problems if possible. I fight this illness daily and really don't have anyone to talk to except family. Sometimes it helps to know that others care and understand what you are going through. I hope everyone is having a great day.

Peace to All,

Lisa & Isabelle

Welcome to the group, glad you found the forum. It is so nice to have others to talk to. I have been amazed they the other people here have the same exact symptoms that I do.

May the sun bring you new energies by day,
May the moon softly restore you by night ,
May the rain wash away any worries you may have,
And the breeze blow new strength into your being,
And then, all the days of your life,
May you walk gently through the world, and know it’s beauty and yours.

I am a new member too! Just joined today. Look forward to reading everything on this forum. It's so great to know that I'm not crazy and that all those varied symptoms (depression, arthritis-like pain, anxiety, buzzing ears, extreme fatigue) have only one cause! It's tough when you have all this and talk to people about it but get no sympathy. Even my own mother called me lazy when I told her I always feel tired!
