 Hey everyone, I just feel really lonely today Not sure why...Mothers day night I had a colon attack and then it went into an anxiety attack. I have never had those two happen together at the same time. Then last night I had another colon attack. I think its my diet but I think its affecting my mood to.

Sorry Im rambling I just feel a little lost today.

I'm sorry you're feeling lonely.

Although, I've experienced my share of anxiety attacks- I've not had a colon attack. I can only imagine how you felt. Not fun!

 Thanks Amy, I used to have these colon attacks years ago and I sure hope this isn't a repeat.

 Hi Barb, I used to live in Ardmore Okla. in 1970 to 77. My family lives in McAlester but we are having a reunion in July in Ardmore. I haven't seen most of these people since I was 12 and I am 47 now, until June 1. Anyway, I am sure this will pass. Kaze

 Hi Kaze, Sorry you're feeling so down lately....... I hope it gets better soon. You deserve to have a HAPPY DAY!!!! It was so nice to hear from you. Ive missed the group and will be back more often!!!

Are your colon attacks part of the fibro?....... I have a problem with my colon and stuff but they say it is from my surgeries........ I think it is IBS myself.....not sure what it is ......I just know how painful they are!!!! ....Maybe you can Pm me and tell me what your symptoms are! .....I'd really like to find out what causes mine so I may find some kind of treatment!

Are you a member of the anxiety group? ......We'd love to hear from you!....... I hope that your day gets much better!!!
