 I found a lady that makes something like you are talking about. Hubby bought me one this weekend I love it. It is called HUG it is a Herbal & Aroma therapy for better living. If anyone is interested, here is her web site where you can order different items from.

 Lavender would smell great. Either lavender or rosemary either one would relax you and with the heat wow.

If I do get out of the house this week other than for church I am going to try to make it to the feed store for cracked corn. I have the rosemary handy. I can hardy wait to make one as big as my microwave will allow me to use. lololol Perhaps two of them. lololol

 look and see if you can find flax seed. I have heard it is the best to use. I also am looking forward to being able to make a few so I dont have to go and buy more. I love mine with the lavender in it. I am using it right now.

 Ok my neck has really hurt bad the last 2 days, and my right shoulder has been hurting forever,

any other things to do to help the pain besides my new bed buddy

 Biofreeze can only be bought online. You can get a product of the same sort that works as good from walmart or drug stores called freeze it.
