Hi, my name is Elizabeth, I have had fms for about 8 years diagnosed. I have little support from friends and family for my illness. I have 4 kids ages ranging from 15 down to 1. (3 girls one boy)

That is all I can think of to share, my life really isn't all that exciting.

I am sorry that you have to go through where your family and friends does not really support you. That is common with Fibro sufferers.

I just want to welcome you to the group and say that no matter what you feel at any point of any day, its okay. This illness is an emotional roller coaster ride with no instructions and no driving manual. We cant slame the brakes when a flare up arises and we cant accelerate the gas to make it speed up and drive through it. I wish we could though.

All we can do is hop on this journey together and be supportive of each other along the way.
