Glad to hear you're sleeping. That will certainly help in the long run.

A note on Melatonin. This is info I just found out looking in to sleep options.

Melatonin is naturally produced in our bodies. Natural Melatonin in the body decreases with age and is associated with some sleep disorders.

Children and pregnant or nursing women should not take Melatonin. There are side effects and it isn't recommended that you take animal Melatonin but rather the synthetic, pharmacy grade.

Take 30-60 minutes before bedtime.

Sleep in a room that is as dark as possible.

Sleep in a cool room. (Colder temperatures induce deeper sleep apparently).

Here's a link to help. Maybe, there's a tip in there to help people where Melatonin hasn't worked for them or has stopped working.
