I just joined this forum in hopes of finding support and some possible answers to this tricky complex "syndrom/disease/puzzle".

My names Christina and im 21. I was diagnosed when I was only 16. My doctor claims =i've been the youngest patient hes ever diagnosed this with.

i've tried multiple instances to try to relieve the pain but nothing. The pain is intolerable most days but i try to find ways to deal.

hoeppfuly throughout the days and weeks i can find exactly what i need right here.

Welcome! We have a wonderful group here and I hope you come to love everyone as I have. We are all here for you to answer questions or just listen to you rant. It is so sad that you were so young when you started having this.,

Hello and Welcome. I am new here as well. I'm 26 and was diagnosed 2 years ago, but I've been feeling the pain since I was very young as well. I don't know if my other doctors weren't well informed at the time about fibro or what. They usually just gave me the "try stretching" or "take this anti-inflammatory" or my personal favorite "sorry I don't know what else to do for you" WHAT?! It finally took a psychiatrist, a sleep study, and one doctor that actually took the time and interest in my complaints to diagnose me. It wasn't the happiest day of my life, but at least now it had a name and I wasn't just a complainer/hypochondriac. I hope that you find relief here, as I have finding others who understand the daily struggle. I wish I could give you a hug and a deep tissue massage!

Welcome Veeness. This is a wonderful place to be. I too have been told recently that there is nothing else that can be done for me as I cannot tolerate most of the medications. But there is great support and caring here.
