[color=#800080] Hi I have been lurking for a few days and thought I would introduce myself and tell you a bit about me. I am single 43 year old diagnosed with fibro at 25. I am a caregiver of my handicapped mom who is 78 and thankful for every day with her. As you probably guessed by my nickname I have studied aromatherapy (and other natural modalities) for the last 15 years ~ I admit to haveing an Essential Oil addiction.  I have tried everything from natural cures to allopathic medicine my good days are ok my bad days are intolerable! Alternative medicine has been more effective for me but is not covered by my insurance. I am fortunate to be on SSDA and have medicare which as most of you know is nothing short of a miracle. I have heard one diagnosis after the other Fibro, TMJ, Myofascial pain syndrome, Chronic Fatigue, Raynaud's syndrome, Restless Leg Syndrome, Anemia and vitamin D 3 deficiency and lastly Endo and IBS (which thank God are gone!!!) . Now one doctor suggests that maybe I do not have fibro after all or maybe it is a new sub category of fibro ??? I joke that my diagnosis would be a hypochondriacs dream come true my humor and my faith have kept me sane (although this is questionable ha ha) I hope to connect with members going through similar things and give back anything I can to help encourage others. My biggest concern is that this will be my last post as I fatigue and become side tracked easily and have never been good at this Internet forum thing.
