Hi, My name is Sherry, and I was just given the diagnosis of having FMS on January 3rd of this year. It was kind of a relief as I thought I was just going insane. I don't know what I expect or to expect from an online support group, but I sometimes need a way to vent my feelings in a setting where others might understand things a little more. I have 2 children who are about to turn 3 years old, and I don't want to miss out on anything. I also want to be able to exercise more and lose weight, but I am finding that difficult due to fatigue; and I am a stress/comfort eater. And I have had a lot of stress and needed a lot of comfort this past year, so I have put on quite a bit of weight. I guess that's all for now. Sherry |
