This may sound dumb but I don't like water, I don't drink pop either I drink tea and coffee. I suppose I should just give up and start to drink water . I think it's nice that she's coming to walk with you what a sweet thing to do. You accomplish two things time with your daughter and exercise. Way to go. I would need someone to walk with me because of my foot and my balance is so crazy. Jean

I can understand that. That is one of the reasons that I am afraid to walk by myself. I fall alot and the sidewalks where I live are very uneven. Yesterday we tried to take the baby with the baby buggy and it was almost impossible.

I don't like water either. I have to make mayself drink it and after a while, it is not so bad. A slice of lemon makes it better and if it is real cold. My husband gets buys me crushed ice and that makes it better too.

Thanks for the advice everyone. And Suzee--I am getting a laptop for my birthday.

Just for laughs--My husband made lunch. MY daughter called up to tell my son that lunch was ready. My son called on his cell phone from upstairs to downstairs to see what was on the menu--Can anyone say LAZY

I do that I call my husband on the intercom all the time and if he doesn't come up to eat I call him on his cell. I consider it conserving energy. Jean

I guess that's it, Spencer is saving his energy for his playoff basketball game at 6:00 tonight. It is amazing, he is too lazy to come downstairs to eat, but he can play 8 hours of basketball a day. And by the way he didn't want lunch--he ate 1/2 a pizza, 1/2 a bag of twizzlers, a large bag of sun chips, and a bowl of chips, and a pint of strawberries for breakfast. No wonder I can't afford my Go Ji juice.

I love green tea. I buy the naturally decaffienated kind and switch between the regular green tea and the ones with added flavors. I make mine weak most of the time because I can't really stand to drink water.

I found a brand of flavored water at the grocery store last week though that was good . It's called AquaCal and has no calories or most other things. It was PeachMango flavored and I know there were a couple other flavors. It sure made drinking water much easier. I just wonder how they got it to taste so good without any calories......

I take a multi vitamin, an additional B complex vitamin, and Evening Primrose Oil for fibrocystic tissue in my breasts. I have just recently began the EPO and it was suggested by the mammogram technician. She says she has taken it for years and also thinks it might help with the fibromyalgia. If I find it does help, I will make a post with the dosage, brand, etc.

Ok here is the website to get that tooth to body chart,

it's free I believe.

http://www.dentalwatch.org/questionable/toothcharts.html

Also...just FYI

be careful witht he flavored waters, most of them have artificial sweetners and flavors which play havic on Fibro

You can find a good pure from of green tea on Dr. Mercola's website. It's the "real" thing, the stuff in the grocery stores is NOT. Again just FYI, not trying to tell anyone what to do, just trying to get correct info out that's all. Please don't hate the messenger
