Ok, today I woke up just feeling great except for the tingling in my left arm and hand. Knew it was going to be a great day. Weather great all windows open, birds singing, dogs playing, got my vaccuming done and now the Goddess of Slow Movement has turned to STONE. I don't think I can walk, my mind is wierd, my husband was going out so asked him to pick up the four books at the library that are on hold about fibro but now even my eyes hurt. Dang I don't want to miss this day. My great plans are gone . I won't get Barrett's quilt done. He's only 6 months and at this rate he'll be 20 before its done. My head hurts. Well, enough complaining I'll see if i can get out of this chair or if I need to roll around the house in it. Good thing we have no stairs.

Jean, who was the goddess of slow movement.

Oh gosh Jean I am sorry! Isnt it frustrating when the day does start out so nice and then.......BAM FM hits us like a ton of bricks!~

I too thought it was going to be a great day, I even went outside and walked! Then about 1/2 hr later the pain in my neck and shoulders shut me down pretty much. Now I am fretting about what to do for dinner. We ate out last night, hate to again tonight, so thinking it is going to be a sandwich night.

Hope you feel better!

Thanks, Debbi.

have you every made chicken pizzas? I always have some

pizza crust on hand the precooked chicken and cheese. Then I put ranch dressing on the crust, top with the chicken, add some of the crushed red peppers for spice and top with the cheese put in the oven for as long as the crust instructions say and can have dinner ready in about 20 minutes. I also make a large salad one night and put in those green bags or plastic cantainers and serve it the next night or two. Then again I have cook what you want night so they make what they want. Tonight I will have pannis they take 5 minutes. Maybe Terry will cook. If i can't get moving. I'm sure its just a momentary thing.

Oooh those chicken pizzas sound great! I will try that one night. I always have pizza crust on hand as well. I decided since I have some ground beef laying out that we'll have tacos. All I have to do is brown the ground beef and put the refried beans in, dh will cut the veggies cause he knows I cant b.c my hands hurt and also he hates the way I cut them!

Nothing like team work! It is always better then doing it on your own. When did we decide we were not able to ask for help Always the caregivers never the needers.
