I just wanted to say Hi and introduce myself. My name is Pennie. I was diagnosed with FM 6 years ago. I'm so happy to find a place where I can come and people will understand. It will be nice to have someone to talk to.

pzerbe11, welcome to the Wonderful World of Mighty Fibromites! Grab a cupcake, pour some coffee and make yourself at home!

Post away to your heart's content. The more involved you are with the group, the more you'll get out of it Smile

I am very pleased to meet you and I hope you and I have the opportunity to get to know one another.

BTW, I prefer milk with my cup cakes Wink

Newbie hugs, Tina

Good Morning Pennie, Welcome to the group. You will find the best people here. It is like Tina said, the more you post the more you will get out of this site.

I am also glad you found this place so you are able to have people to talk to. We all understand and we are all here to support you.

Elizabeth

Welcome

The best kind of friend is the kind you can sit on a porch and swing with, never say a word, and then walk away feeling like it was the best conversation you've ever had.

I am just like you and I am on MDJ for support and true friendship. Please, always consult with your doctor about medical advice and medication, never take one's opinion regarding your most precious asset which is your life.

Thanks,

I am happy to be here. It's hard to find other people to talk to that are walking in my shoes.

Hi Pennie, I am fairly new here too. Keep your chin up, hang in there, etc. I don't know why I said that but it helped me. Just let your frustrations and thoughts out because they just will weigh on your body and mind; you need all your mind and body to get through each day. I got so good at acting well that only my hubby and a couple of friends knew that I wasn't. I am doing quite well now minus the flare ups of fibro. So, naturally I want the best for you too.

Plus, my hubby uses my cocker spaniel as his barometer because she senses all my pain even when I don't know it's coming. She never left my side when I was bedridden. Now, she clings to me when she knows I'm not at my best.

Best wishes, Lydia
