MDJunction to me

"MDJunction to me is a life saver... when i first was diagnosed with Scheuermann's Disease i wrote a message to a page i found on google, hoping that they could help me.... you'd never know it but that weird feeling (you know that one where it feels like someone actually cares) came over me when i opened my email next day to find that someone on the other side of the world (at the American Medical Library)had read my message while i was sleeping, and there low and behold was the address to MDJunction.... well it is everything to me, i live it breathe it and love it!!!!! I have found many people who are struggling with similar issues banding together to help each other. It is the best place in the world, and i couldn't think of another place to go to meet so many lovely people....

thanks MDJunction

I am not sure if spasm is the right word but I have been having these attacks at night that wakes me up. My whole body shakes. It does not hurt but it wakes me up and I know what is happening. You know I have had these spasms with my legs for the last 9 yrs. and they diagnosed it as Restless Leg Syndrom (RLS) but here the last few weeks I have been having it more and more. Last night was the first time. I have had Fibro for 17 yrs. and the docs say that they are at the limit. In other words there is nothing else they can do for me. But I do not know if these spasms are part of the Fibro because like I said they just started.

I hope someone knows about these spasms.

Thank you,

Rita

savedone,

No I have not had my electrolyes checked. I have to have my blood checked every 6 months and I am not sure if they check for that. When I go to my specialist on the 9th of April I will find out for sure.

Thank you for your opinion and advise. This is a good web site for us so we can help each other.

I hope that you and your family has a Great Easter!!

Rita
