I'm not on Lyrica and haven't tried it either! But, many members have and there are discussions on it, on here as well...so take a peek around and search 'Lyrica' and that should take you to the posts on it!

Thank You for all of your welcome, everyone seems so nice and it is wonderful having someone to talk about this. I've only told 2-3 people about my illness and they don't understand it.

I'm on Lyrica, 75mg one am, one at noon and 2 at pm, which is too much for me to handle, so I cut back to 2 at pm. I get dizzy and groggy if I take it at work but I'm still in pain, so I don't whether to take the meds at work and be groggy or be in pain all day. I also take celebrex for arthritis in my knees and back. I'm 48 years old and seem to falling apart.

Does anyone know what it good for swollen shoulders, hot or cold pack?
