Oooh good question. I really dont manage it. I whine a lot ( ) and just try to take it easy. My husband does a lot of the housework, the laundry, etc. And try to get lots of rest. I drink a lot of orange juice too.

Ardith, welcome! The fatigue is hard to manage. For me, it depends on if it's from the pain, meds, or self-induced. Over time I have learned to be better at knowing when I need to slow down and maybe take a nap to relieve some of the fatigue. At other times, I take a hot shower and do some gentle stretching before going to bed so I can sleep better. It is difficult to manage, so I also ask my hubby for advice. He's good at telling me when I need to rest.
